Massages are by appointment only, call to reserve your time. Available for 1/2 hour, hour or 1 1/2 hour massages. Non-guests are welcome!

Our certified Massage Therapists offer a variety of massage styles and techniques, including:

Swedish

General term for massage, the teaching of massage to be used in a specialized setting began in Sweden in 1950. A Swedish massage is basically a fancy way of saying "relaxation massage".

Relaxation

Working with the surface tissue, promoting relaxation and all around well being by using gentle strokes improving circulation and flush the toxins out.

Deep Tissue (Rate + $5)

Working deeper with the muscle, elbow, forearm and thumb are generally used to get deeper into knotted areas and release the area. Releases a lot of toxins and breaks up areas of tightness. This technique is recommended for people who have had massages before.

Prenatal

Pregnancy massage - no deep work and very gentle relaxation.

Trigger Point

Hot Stone

Hot stones are heated to about 150 degrees. Rocks vary in size depending on area of the body they are being used on. This technique is used to loosen up tissue before massage. (additional $10 fee for this massage technique, requires 90 min.)

Hot Oil Massage (Rate + $10)

Couples Massages (Rate + $5/person)
