- WOOD FIRED CHICKEN! This dish is to die for! It’s a half chicken, crusted to a tri-color roast, served with fingerling potatoes and the freshest market vegetables. SO GOOD!
- WOOD FIRED FRENCH ONION SOUP The soup just seems to taste better when the weather outside is frightful. When the snow hits and temps drop, this favorite won’t disappoint. It’s our house recipe, homemade French Onion soup topped with provolone cheese. The best part: it’s baked until bubbly in our wood-fired oven!
- WOOD FIRED WALLEYE CAKES! A must have and favorite among guests! This appetizer is fantastic! Our cakes are a Canadian cold-water walleye that are baked in an wood-fired oven and served with balsamic dressed greens with a lemon dill aioli. Absolutely excellent.
